LTI Advantage needs to be configured in your LMS first. Please consult your LMS administrator or support team to find out if LTI Advantage has been configured. If not, a Platform Integration Consultant (PIC) will need to work with your LMS administrator to configure the proper tool prior to utilizing LTI Advantage.
