Registration
- Need to register to a new course with the same textbook & your full license has not expired, ensure you are logged out of Connect and go to the unique Course URL provided by your instructor to register to new course.
- For students with a Connect Registration Code, but without an Instructor led Connect course, click Connect - Why am I unable to register for self study? for details on registering for your digital eBook.
Assignment
- Click Connect - Can't Access Assignment for any issues with accessing an assignment.
- While working on timed assignments, please plan to complete the assignment in one session, since there is no way to stop the timer and your assignment may auto submit when the time expires.
- After answering all questions in an assignment or if you need time to come back to complete a non-timed assignment, please ensure that you return to Connect click on Submit on the top right hand corner of the assignment & not Save and Exit as this may not submit your assignment and your assignment may go past due if the assignment is not set to auto submit.
- Don't use internet browser navigation buttons or 2 browser tabs when completing an assignment. Only use the navigation buttons within the assignment or you may get a "Sorry! There has been an error. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact the Customer Experience Group."
- If you would like to dispute or report any assignment scoring issues with being marked incorrectly for correct answers, check with your instructor first and your instructor can submit any content or scoring related errors.
eBook
- To Access your eBook in https://connect.mheducation.com/, navigate to your Class from Classes icon and then under Course materials on the left hand side, look for the Read option or login at https://myebooks.mheducation.com/. If you don’t have a Read option, look for the Study option for your SmartBook or check if you have any Reading or SmartBook assignments.
Reports
- Click Connect - Score not what you expected? to review possible reasons on why your assignment results may not show the score you expect.
