Connect - The ChemDraw window does not launch when I click on the "draw structure" button.

When you click on the draw structure button and the ChemDraw window does not open, most likely your browser's pop-up blocker blocked the window.



Check your browser's settings and ensure that the pop-up blocker is disabled or that an exception has been created to allow Connect to open pop-up windows. If you have any browser add-ons installed which contain separate pop-up blockers, please ensure that they are turned off or set to allow pop-up windows. Once you have turned off the pop-up blocker or created an exception, refresh the page and try launching the ChemDraw window again.
