Connect - Report Discrepancy

Investigate discrepancies between different Connect reports.

  The student report data in your account will always match the data presented in your students' accounts. However, there are certain options in the reports section which, if selected, will filter the displayed reports. Please try the following to clear the filters:
 
1. Clear the From and To date ranges in the report.
When these fields are used in the report options & settings, only students' attempts submitted between those two dates will be displayed. Attempts submitted on those dates will not be shown. For example, if you enter the assignment due date as the To date, attempts submitted on that date will not be included.

2. Un-check the option Exclude attempts submitted after due date.
Some students may have submitted their attempts after the due date. Those attempts will be flagged with a red asterisk symbol (* ). However, the attempts will be hidden from your reports if the above option is checked in the report options & settings.
