Blank screen in a Connect assignment (Chromebook)

Troubleshoot blank screen issues when accessing Connect courses or assignments.

We've observed that certain Chrome extensions interfere with Connect assignment content on Chromebooks. This may result in a blank screen when attempting to launch a Connect assignment. We are working on solution to prevent extensions from causing any issues in the future. Please try disabling your Chrome extensions as a workaround. 

By default, the Incognito mode does not allow extensions to run. You can try opening Connect in Incognito mode. If you enabled extension in Incognito mode or prefer to disable your Chrome extensions, please follow the steps outlined in Google Chrome documentation to temporarily disable your installed extensions.
