Can I use my existing Connect account to integrate using LTI Advantage?

Find out if an existing Connect account can be used with LTI Advantage integration.

Yes, if your email address (used in the LMS) is recognized by Connect, you will be able to log in. 

If your email address (used in the LMS) is not recognized by Connect, you will be prompted to create a new Connect account. This process is automatic based on your LMS profile (Name, Email address, and user role).

If your existing Connect account is using a different email address other than the one displayed in the LMS, you will have the opportunity to Sign In using your non-LMS email address.

If your Connect section is already paired using another integration, you will need to reset your section pairing and delete any deployed assignments (and grade items) from the LMS before proceeding with the LTI Advantage integration.
