Problem: Videos will not play or load (e.g., blank page, spinning wheel, endless buffering).
Reason: The browser, device, or network settings may be preventing ALEKS web-hosted videos from being buffered or played.

Solutions:
- Clear browser cache and cookies.
- Disable currently running browser extensions.
- Check to see if your browser is up to date by going to the browser’s main menu and selecting Help > About.
- Try a different browser (i.e., Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
- Restart your router or modem to refresh your internet connection.
- Some security software such as firewall/anti-virus/anti-malware can unintentionally block specific media or prevent sites from working properly. It might be necessary to adjust the settings on your security software to allow video playback.
- Use a different network connection (e.g., use a smart phone or other device that allows for tethering or use as a mobile hot-spot).
- Use a different device.
