This article applies to Manual Rostering districts. Manual Rostering means that teachers manually redeem program content and roster their own classes.
SSO applies to districts that use an SSO portal, district website, or Learning Management System (LMS) to access McGraw Hill digital programs, and Direct Login means that teachers, students, and administrators log in at my.mheducation.com.

In Open Learning, when class end dates are near, teachers and students will see a warning message that the class is set to expire.

The date is determined based on what is set in the Settings and on the Edit Class Info pages for the class.
To make adjustments or to view the class dates, click on the Classroom Actions button on the class card and select Edit Class Info from the menu.
You will be able to view the class dates and make adjustments to the End Date, if desired.
You can also access the class dates on the roster page. From the My Programs page, click on the Classroom Actions button and select Manage Class Roster from the menu.
Or click into the class and select Roster from the Navigation menu. From the Roster page, click on the Settings button.
You will then be able to view the class dates and make adjustments to the End Date, if desired.
Note for Auto-Rostering accounts:
If classes are managed quarterly or by semester, a new set of classes will be rostered for the next academic session based on the start date the district sets.
