1. Select the three horizontal bars in the upper right corner.
2. Select Options from the menu.
3. Select the Privacy and Security tab on the left.
4. To disable the pop-up blocker, under the Permissions section uncheck the Block pop-up windows option.
To allow pop-ups for certain sites while blocking others, check the Block pop-up windows option. Then, click the Exceptions button. Enter the web address of the site you would like to allow pop-ups for. Click Save Changes at the bottom.
