Clear Your Web Browser History (Cache & Cookies)
Clear your web browser history to resolve access or performance issues.

Google Chrome
- Enter the following in your address bar: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
- Ensure the Advanced/Tab section is selected
- Choose All Time from the drop-down menu labeled Time range
- Select the following options:
- Browser history
- Download history
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Site settings
- Hosted app data
- Click Clear data
- Quit Chrome and re-launch the browser.
Firefox
- Enter the following into your address bar: about:preferences#privacy
- Scroll down to the History section.
- Click Clear History.
- Set the Time range to clear drop-down menu option to Everything.
- Select the Cookies and Cache options.
- Select Clear now.
- Quit Firefox and re-launch the browser.
Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner
- Click History.
- Select Clear History.
- Select these options:
- Cookies and saved website data
- Cached data and files
- Click Clear.
- Quit Edge and re-launch the browser.
Microsoft Edge (Chromium based)
- Enter the following in your address bar: edge://settings/clearBrowserData
- Select the following options:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Choose All Time from the drop-down menu labeled Time range.
- Click Clear now.
- Quit Edge and re-launch the browser.
Safari
- Select Clear History... from the Safari menu.
- Select All History from the drop-down list and click Clear History.
- Quit Safari and re-launch the browser.
