Q: If my students click the link to their Google Classroom assignment page and receive the McGraw Hill login page instead of the assignment, what can I check to make sure the accounts are correctly paired?

A: Confirm that both the teacher and student accounts have been paired using the Google Classroom pairing instructions.

Q: I am using Safari, and the link between my McGraw Hill account and Google Classroom account is not working. How can I resolve this?

A: Make sure that the option for Prevent Cross-Site Tracking is disabled.

To do this on Safari 13.1 or higher on a Mac:
1. In the Safari browser on your Mac, click Safari.
2. Click on Preferences.
3. Click on Privacy.
4. Select Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.

The iOS 14 tracking prevention is enabled by default in Safari. To disable this on an iOS device (ex: iPad):
1. Open Settings.
2. Select Safari.
3. Disable the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking switch.

Q: If I already paired my account, but the connection is no longer working, what can I try to get it working again?

A: Try unlinking and re-pairing your Google Account using the Google Classroom pairing instructions.

Q: Can I add the assignments I've created in my course to Google Classroom for my students to complete?

A: Yes. Keep in mind, this is not available for all McGraw Hill programs.

Q: If I am still having trouble, are there any other troubleshooting steps?

A: Make sure that you are fully logged out of any personal Google accounts and that only the account you wish to pair to your McGraw Hill account displays. If you are logged into a Chromebook using a Google account, make sure that you are using the same account that you wish to pair with.
