This article answers frequently asked questions around troubleshooting the link between McGraw Hill and Google Classroom.
Q: If my students click the link to their Google Classroom Assignment page and receive the McGraw Hill login page instead of the assignment, what can I check to make sure the accounts are correctly paired?
A: Confirm that both the teacher and student accounts have been paired using the Google Classroom pairing instructions here.
Q: I am using Safari, and the link between my McGraw Hill account and Google Classroom account is not working. How can I resolve this?
A: Make sure that the option for Prevent Cross-Site Tracking is disabled.
A: Try unlinking and re-pairing your Google Account using the Google Classroom pairing instructions here.
Q: If I am still having trouble, are there any other troubleshooting steps?
A: Make sure that you are fully logged out of any personal Google accounts and that only the account you wish to pair to your McGraw Hill account displays. If you are logged into a Chromebook using a Google account, make sure that you are using the same account that you wish to pair with.
