Q:  Can I continue to use my subscriptions on ALEKS.com?
A:  Yes, your current licenses on ALEKS.com can be used to their full subscription term throughout the 2024-2025 school year.  Licenses that start after January 1, 2025 will be available to you on my.mheducation.com

Q:  How will I know when my ALEKS my.mheducation.com licenses are available?
A:  The contact listed on the original order will receive an org admin letter via email informing them that their ALEKS licenses have been added to their account.  Once the licenses have been added to your account, they are available to use, redeem or assign by teachers and students.

Q:  How will I receive our ALEKS on my.mheducation.com licenses in future years?
A:
The licenses you receive this summer will match the remaining term length of your ALEKS.com subscription.  The licenses you will receive will have an end date that aligns with the last date of your existing ALEKS.com  subscription.  For example, if you have 3 years left on your ALEKS.com subscription your licenses will have an expiration date of 7/31/2027.  Licenses on my.mheducation.com can be reassigned among students at any time to accommodate transiency.
