What is a Master Template?
A Master Template is a collection of class settings that can be created once and applied to multiple classes linked to the Master Template to create uniformity and consistency for a class across instructors. This greatly reduces the time to set up new classes using the same ALEKS Course Product.
Assignments, resources, and class settings can be created in the Master Template, and then applied to linked classes. Linked classes automatically inherit settings and any changes made to the Master Template.
Each instructor of a linked class can customize the class at any time, including changing start and due dates, editing assignments, and creating additional assignments.
