How do I cancel my Independent Use Account subscription?

An Independent Use Account may be canceled at any time prior to the next payment due date by following the instructions below for each Student Account you would like to cancel:
Step 1: Log in to your Master Account**
Step 2: Click on "Edit Billing Options"
Step 3: Select the Student Account you would like to cancel
Step 4: Under "More Options," click on "Cancel student account at end of payment term"
Step 5: Complete the brief exit survey
Step 6: Click on the "Yes" button to cancel future payments for this Student Account

A confirmation email will be sent to you that contains the actual date the cancellation will be effective (immediately prior to the next payment due date).
