This video viewing notice applies to your viewing of videos on any McGraw Hill LLC digital products and services (“Products”) used by you as required by your institution. As a service provider to your institution, we share your video viewing data with approved individuals at your institution such as administrators or educators. As disclosed in our Privacy Notice, we use your information to provide you with Products on behalf of your institution in order to meet our contractual obligation to you or your institution.  By utilizing any Products displaying videos you accept and agree to be bound by this notice. You understand by logging in or using our Products that you are authorizing our sharing of your video viewing data with your institution’s administrators and educators. If you wish to opt out of sharing your video viewing data with your institution, you may do so by contacting the appropriate representative at your institution.

If you are under 18 or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and enrolled at an institution of higher education, you may accept this notice on your own behalf. If you are under 18 or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, your educational institution, parent, or guardian must agree to this notice on your behalf.
