This article walks teachers through using the Copy Teacher Link (Asset Linking) feature for Open Learning programs.
For a full page view of the demo, click here.
For a Spanish version of the demo, click here.
To be able to access any asset links, teachers must be signed into their McGraw Hill account. If you are not logged into your account when you access an asset link, the link will navigate you to the login page. For SSO (Single Sign-On) users, you will need to sign in through your district-created portal. Once you have successfully logged in and have clicked on the asset link, it will automatically open the resource for you.
The teacher accessing the copied link must also have the course content redeemed to their account in order to successfully access the resource.
Please note: This is for teacher use only. Students will not be able to access any of the linked content, even if it is a student-facing resource.
Copy Resource Link
1. Launch your Open Learning course.
2. Use Browse This Course (table of contents) to navigate to the preferred resource page.

3. Click on the Options menu icon on the resource you want to copy the link to.
4. Click on Copy Teacher Link from the menu.

You can then add the copied link to a document, PowerPoint, lesson plan, etc. for you and other teachers to access the resource easily.
