As an administrator with the Reporting Administrator role type, you have access to Usage and Performance Reports. You only have access to Performance Reports as an administrator if you only have the Organization Administrator role type.
There are a couple of scenarios where reports may not be available for administrators. Two common scenarios are detailed below:
Additional District Setup Required
If you encounter the following message for either Usage or Performance Reports, your district requires additional setup to allow access to reporting:
"Your district has not been set up to access usage reporting. Please contact our technical support team to request access to usage reports."
If you see the message above, an Organization Administrator should contact Technical Support to request access to reporting for your district.
No Products Available
As a Reporting Administrator, if there are no products available in the selected organization that support Performance Reports, you will see the following message: \
"The products for the selected organization are not supported by the Performance Reports. Contact your Organization Administrator for additional support. If you are unable to locate an Organization Administrator, please contact our technical support team."
