Toggle Between Roles

If you have dual roles as a Teacher and an Administrator, you will first land on your Teacher role.

To access the administrator tools, click on your name at the top-right and select Administrator from the menu.

If you do not have a Teacher role assigned, you will automatically be taken to the administrator tools page. For steps on adding additional roles to a user account, refer to the Add Roles to an Existing User article.

From your Administrator role, you can switch back to your teacher role by clicking on your name at the top-right and selecting Teacher from the menu.

Toggle Between Organizations

If you're assign to multiple schools within the district, you can toggle between the school accounts from your profile menu at the top-right and selecting the desired Organization from the menu.

For District Administrators, under Manage Users, Manage Class Rosters, and Import Users/Rosters, you can also toggle between each school in their district using the drop-down at the top of each page.

Access and Change Profile Settings

You can access your account settings by clicking on your name at the top-right of the page and selecting Manage Account from the menu.

From this page you can make changes to your Username, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Password.

Note: For accounts that are managed by your district/school, you will not be able to make adjustments to your Username, First Name, Last Name, or Email Address - these fields will be grayed out. In addition, if your password is also managed by your district, if you create a new password from your account settings, it will be overridden by the files sent by your district/school.

To change any of your account information, including setting a new password, you will need to enter your Current Password before saving.

For steps on linking your profile to your Google account, refer to the Pair/Unpair Your McGraw Hill Teacher Account with Your Google Account article.
