Recover Your Teacher/Admin Username or Password
Recover a teacher username or password in ConnectED using supported account recovery options.
This article applies to districts that use Direct Login and Manual-Rostering. Direct Login means that teachers, students, and administrators log in at my.mheducation.com. Manual Rostering means that teachers manually redeem program content and roster their own classes. However, sometimes there are situations when districts using an integrated service need to sign directly in to the site. In those situations, the user will have the ability to reset their password and sign directly in at the my.mheducation.com site.

Note: This retrieval process is for teachers and administrators only. If a student is not sure what their username or password is, they will need to reach out to their teacher.
Retrieve Username
If you forgot your username, select Forgot Your Username? on the my.mheducation.com page, and provide your registered email address. Your username will then be emailed to the email address provided. If you do not receive this email, check your spam or junk folder as it may have inadvertently been routed there.
Retrieve Password
If you forgot your password, select Forgot Your Password? on the my.mheducation.com page, provide your username and the answer to your security question. A reset password link will then be emailed to the email address provided. If you do not receive this email, check your spam or junk folder as it may have inadvertently been routed there.
Additionally, an Organization Administrator can retrieve your username and reset your password if needed. If you are not sure who your Organization Administrator is, please contact our K-12 Technical Support team for further assistance.
