Classic ALEKS - Admin Report Resources
Access ALEKS administrator reports to analyze usage, progress, and performance.
This article provides links to the various ALEKS reports available for administrators in the classic ALEKS view.
Admin Custom Report
Custom Reports allow you to tailor a report specific to your progress monitoring needs by creating a template and choosing the data to include in your report. You can schedule a one-time report or automate a report to run daily, weekly, or monthly to ensure that you save time and receive the most up-to-date information.
Admin Pie Report
The ALEKS Pie Report shows the average rate of learning for a class. With this report, you can view which topics students have mastered or learned, are ready to learn, and the number of remaining topics a student has left.
Admin Progress Reports
The ALEKS Progress Report shows overall student progress in both Learning Mode and Assessment Mode, as well as average learning rates. They can be used to monitor progress and identify students who could benefit from intervention by comparing data points.
Admin Standards Report
The class-level Standards Report shows the average student completion of standards-aligned ALEKS Adventure topics in the class. It can be used to monitor students' progress in state standards based on their completion of standards-aligned ALEKS topics in Knowledge Checks and Learning Mode.
Admin Time & Topic Report
The Time & Topic Report allows you to monitor the amount of time a student is spending within the ALEKS Knowledge Checks and Learning Mode. It also includes the number of topics a student has attempted over a particular period of time and how many of those topics the student has learned.
