LevelSet can be administered up to three times a year to enhance the validity of students’ Lexile® reading scores and allow for greater precision in measuring reading gains and tracking progress toward College and Career Readiness targets and/or state proficiency targets.
Once the date is set, teachers can edit their supervised student work time at the class level to ensure students are being prompted. Supervised Student Work Time will impact when students can LevelSet and the timeframe when lessons are counted for monthly auto-adjustments.
1. Launch your Achieve3000 Literacy class.
2. Click your name in the top right of the Teacher Dashboard.
3. Select Admin Settings from the menu.
4. There are two ways to access the Edit User page:
Option 1:
Click the Edit student and teacher information link from the User section. Select the Class from the drop-down. Click the Submit button.

Option 2:
Click the Edit class information link from the Class section. Click the Edit link next to the class the student is assigned to.

5. Under the Supervised Student Work Time column, use the drop-down boxes next to each student to edit the Start Time and End Time. To edit all students at once, you can use the drop-down boxes in the All students listed above row at the bottom.
6. Click the Save Changes button.
