National Lexile Study: Achieve3000 2018-2019

This correlational study examines the impact of McGraw Hill's Achieve3000 Literacy program on student reading growth during the 2018-2019 school year. The research evaluated a national sample of students across elementary, middle, and high school grades using the adaptive literacy platform. The methodology involved analyzing Lexile measure improvements from the beginning of the school year to the end of the school year to determine the extent of reading growth. Results demonstrated that students who actively participated in the Achieve3000 Literacy program achieved significant gains in their Lexile scores, often exceeding their expected reading growth trajectories. The study highlights the program's effectiveness in providing differentiated, adaptive literacy instruction that meets students at their individual reading levels, ultimately accelerating their path to college and career readiness.
