What does this mean to our existing users?

Nothing will change with access, service, or support during the life of each customer’s contract with McGraw Hill. McGraw Hill will continue to be their trusted partner in ensuring a successful and efficacious StudySync implementation from start to finish.

Both Imagine Learning and McGraw Hill remain fully committed to providing the same trusted guidance and assistance the education community has always received.

Who will support McGraw Hill StudySync customers after December 31, 2025?

Current StudySync customers will continue to be supported by McGraw Hill through the duration of their existing contracts. This includes:

Printing and shipping of Student Editions, Teacher Editions, and ancillary materials
Ongoing access to digital student and teacher subscriptions
Dedicated support from the StudySync Implementation Team, including school- or district-specific training needs.
