How can I refer friends to Sharpen+?

1. The Sharpen+ referral program is available exclusively via the web version of Sharpen (www.Studysharpen.com).
   1. Share your personal referral link from your Sharpen account: log in via www.Studysharpen.com , and click the progress tab to see your custom referral sharing button.
   2. Click “Share Invite Link” to automatically copy your custom referral link to your clipboard. Additionally, you can copy your custom referral code via the Settingspage: Click the settings tab on the bottom left corner of the screen, then within the “Earn credits for referrals” section, click “copy link”.
   3. Once you have copied the link, you can share it by any communications method (e-mail, text message, chat app, and more).
2. Your friend can then click on your unique link to create their Sharpen account on web or mobile app (if a new user), and subscribe to Sharpen+ via web only (www.Studysharpen.com)
3. Once your friend completes their Sharpen+ free trial and starts their paid subscription period, both you and them will earn your referral credit. You earn credit for each referral that begins a paid subscription, and each of your referrals earns credit as well.
4. Your credits will automatically be applied to your next Sharpen+ payment.

1. Click the referral link they sent you and log in to your Sharpen account or create one on www.StudySharpen.com or via our IOS or Android apps.
2. Subscribe to Sharpen+ on the web (www.studysharpen.com). You can select any subscription length.
3. Complete your free trial and start your paid subscription period to complete the referral.
4. Your credit will automatically be applied to your first subscription payment. The friend who referred you will get a credit on their next Sharpen+ payment.

You can create your Sharpen account on any platform (mobile, tablet, or web) but must subscribe Sharpen+ to accept referrals and earn credits only on web via www.studysharpen.com

What credit can I earn for referring friends to Sharpen+?
You will earn $5 for each friend you refer who pays for Sharpen+. Your friend will earn $5 for signing up via your referral link and subscribing to Sharpen+ on www.Studysharpen.com. Credits earned only apply to future Sharpen+ payments and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Credits do not expire.

How many credits can I earn?
You can refer as many people as you want and earn unlimited credits for each paid signup. Credits will accumulate in your account and be applied towards your next Sharpen+ payment. Credits in excess of your subscription fee will carry over to your next payment in increments of $5. For example, if you have $15 in credits and your subscription is $12.99, your payment will be $0 and your credits will be extinguished - no credits will roll over. However, if you have $20 in credits and your subscription is $12.99, your payment will be $0 and $5 will roll over to the next billing cycle.

Who is eligible to send Sharpen+ referrals?
Any Sharpen user is eligible to send referrals, including free users and paid Sharpen+ subscribers. If a free user sends a referral and the invitee begins a paid subscription, the referrer’s earned credits will apply to their first payment after they subscribe to Sharpen+.

Who is eligible to accept Sharpen+ referrals and earn credits?
All existing & first-time users are eligible to accept Sharpen+ referrals and earn Sharpen+ credits if they sign up for Sharpen+ by clicking their friends’ referral link and begin a paid subscription.

How can I check the status of my referrals?
The Sharpen web app via www.Studysharpen.com will inform you (via popup) each time someone accepts your referral link and subscribes. You will also receive an email confirmation containing the total amount of referral credits associated with your account. When you log into Sharpen web, a notification will pop up confirming that your referred user began a paid subscription and confirmation that you've earned credit for your next Sharpen+ payment. This notification displays once for each successful referral and confirms that your referred user subscribed to Sharpen+. For privacy reasons, we cannot display names or other personal information in these notifications. 

Will I still get credit if my friend signs up with a different email address?
As long as your friend creates their paid Sharpen+ subscription by clicking your referral link and subscribing on web via www.studysharpen.com, you'll earn referral credit.

If your friend receives referral links from multiple senders, only the sender of the referral link that is used will earn credits.

Can I apply credits to any Sharpen+ subscription length?
Yes, credits will apply to any Sharpen+ subscription length you select. Credits will also apply if you change your selected subscription.

What if I cancel my Sharpen+ subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, unused credits will remain in your account. Credits earned only apply to future Sharpen+ payments and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Credits do not expire.
