- Verify that the time zone matches your current location. Turn on set the time zone automatically.
- Verify that the time is accurate on your computer. Turn on set the time automatically. (Note: Even if the time is off by 1minute it can cause an issue)
- Verify that you are on the latest version of the browser (Chrome or Edge)
- Verify that you are on the latest version of the Proctorio Extension
- Clear cache and cookies / browsing history
- Close the browser and relaunch
- Verify that the Proctorio exam is the only application running on their system is those need to access the exam
