McGraw Hill System Requirements

Review system requirements needed to access McGraw Hill digital products.

Browsers

In order to use all functions of McGraw Hill digital programs effectively, you must use an updated web browser. We currently support the following browsers and versions:

• Google Chrome 104+

• Mozilla Firefox 104+

• Apple Safari 15+ *

• Microsoft Edge 104+

You can see your browser's version in the Help/About menu. If your browser has a lower version number than listed above, you'll need to upgrade. You can use one of the links above to download the latest version of your desired browser.

*In newer versions of Safari, there is a default privacy setting that may prevent the launch of courseware resources in McGraw Hill products. In some products, such as ALEKS Adventure, this results in a blank white screen when using an iPad. For now, to prevent these issues, we recommend turning off the Prevent cross-site tracking setting.

From a computer: access the Safari menu, select Preferences from the drop-down, and then select the Privacy option. Uncheck the box next to Prevent cross-site tracking and close the window. McGraw Hill is aware of this issue and is working to deploy changes to our products that will ensure customer impact is minimized.

From an iPad: navigate to your iPad settings, click on Apps and then Safari, find Prevent Cross-Site Tracking under the Privacy section, and toggle the setting off.
