Administrator Accounts offer the same features and functionality as Instructor Accounts, with additional capabilities. Administrators can update institution-level settings, create instructor accounts, create Master Templates, manage subscriptions, and view and manage all classes under any instructor at the institution.
 
Institutions should do their best to limit who can access and control ALEKS information. As a best practice, Administrator accounts should only be given to individuals needing control beyond the class level. To request an Administrator account at your institution, have an appropriate staff member (e.g., principal, math director, coordinator, etc.) contact ALEKS Customer Support.
