Issue:
When attempting to launch the 360 ebook/textbook from an iPad while using the Google Chrome or Firefox browsers, an error message will appear "401 Your session has timed out". This is only an issue with iPads.
Resolution:
The current workaround is to use the Safari browser to launch the 360 ebook/textbook, on the iPad.
