This article explains why a user may not receive an email when trying to reset their password.
Students
If you are a student trying to reset your password on the my.mheducation.com site and have not received an email, this is due to it not being an option for students. Even if you have an email address attached to your student profile, this option does not work for student accounts.
If you are needing a password reset, you will need to reach out to your teacher or school/district administrator.
Teachers and Administrators
If you are a teacher or an administrator and have not received an email reply, first double check your spam and junk folders in your email as sometimes the reply will go into those folders automatically.
The email address you want to look for is no-reply@accounts.mheducation.com.
If you still do not receive a reply email with your password request, it's possible that an old email address is attached to your account. Please reach out to our PreK-12 support team for further assistance.
