These settings allow teachers to set accommodations for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The settings that are activated will always take precedence over the standard settings for any assigned assessments.

Note: These settings are managed by the class, so you will need to make this adjustment for each class you have.

1. Log into your McGraw Hill teacher account.

2. Click on the class you want to manage from your My Programs page then click on Roster from the Navigation Menu.

Another option would be to click on the Classroom Actions button and select Manage Class Roster from the menu.

3. Click on the Options button in the Actions column to the right of the student.

4. Click on Edit Student from the menu.

5. In the IEP Settings section at the bottom, check the box next to Text to Speech and/or Calculator based on what IEPs are needed.

If you select Calculator, you will also want to select the radio button to the right for which type is needed: Simple, Scientific, or Graphing.

6. Click the Update button.

Please note: if you make these adjustments while a student is in the process of completing an assessment, the student must Save and Exit the assessment and reopen it for the changes to take effect.

Students will be able to access the selected IEP settings at the right of their assessment page.
