In many of our articles, we refer to Core Products and Add-On Products. This article explains the difference between the two types of products. "Core Products" refer to the main digital component of McGraw Hill products.

"Add-On Products" refer to supplemental materials that can accompany the Core Product. This is not usually a standalone product but an addition to the Core Product that allows for more functionality within the Core Product.

If you have an Add-On Product added to a Core Product for a ConnectED course, you'll see a Additional Content Active message beneath the class information.
If you have only redeemed an Add-On Product and have not yet redeemed the Core Product, you will only see the Add-On listed.
If you have an Add-On Product added to a Core Product for an Open Learning course, a message indicating which Add-On Product you have will show beneath the class information.
