Admin Tools - Locate Master Codes

Locate master codes using admin tools to distribute digital products and manage access for classes and schools.

Teachers use Master Codes to redeem content for ConnectED programs. Each Master Code is specific to each product. The teacher will need the code for the Teacher Edition and the Student Edition. 

Do not provide Master Codes to students.

For ConnectED programs, you can also provide access for teachers to those programs using the Library feature. Teachers would then follow the steps on the ConnectED - Available Products Library article to redeem their programs.

This will allow them to redeem their content without the need of Master Codes. Refer to the Admin Tools - Manage Library for more information.

Locate Master Codes

1. SSO or log in at my.mheducation.com.

If you have a Teacher role and an Administrator role, you will first land on your Teacher role. 

Click on the Profile (A) button at the top-right and select Administrator (B) from the menu.

2. Click on Manage Products on the Navigation Menu.

C. If you have more than one Purchasing Account, select the correct Organization and Purchasing Account from the drop-downs.

3. Scroll through the list of purchased products, or use the Search field, to locate the needed product.

4. Click the Manage link to the right of the product name.

The Master Code for the program will be listed in the Master Code column.

Use the Access template to distribute Master Codes to distribute the codes to the teachers.
