These Sharpen Plus Terms of Service cover important information about Sharpen Plus, your subscription, and any applicable fees. 
 
Your Subscription is governed by these Sharpen Plus Terms of Service as well as our Terms of Use, Consumer Purchase Terms and Privacy Notice which are incorporated herein by reference. 
 
PLEASE READ THE CONSUMER PURCHASE TERMS CAREFULLY. SECTION 11 INCLUDES AN ARBITRATION PROVISION REQUIRING ARBITRATION OF CERTAIN DISPUTES INSTEAD OF LITIGATION IN COURT AND A WAIVER OF THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS. IF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE IS THE UNITED STATES, SECTION 11 APPLIES TO ALL DISPUTES WITH US. IF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE IS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, SECTION 11 APPLIES TO ANY ACTION YOU BRING AGAINST US IN THE UNITED STATES. 
 
Subscription Automatic Renewal Policy 
Sharpen Plus is available as a 1-month ($17.99/month), 3-month ($29.99/3 months), or 12-month ($89.99/12 months) subscription for US users. Once you subscribe to Sharpen Plus, your subscription will automatically renew at your subscription price, and the payment method you provided at sign up will be charged, unless you cancel before your next billing cycle by visiting  Settings > Membership > Cancel within your Sharpen account settings or by visiting your app store account, as described below in “Cancellation Policy – Mobile Payments”. Renewal occurs at 12:00am the day of billing. There are no refunds or credits for partial months. 
 
Please review your Order Confirmation for these terms of your subscription, including renewal timing, cancellation methods, and subscription fees. 
 
Free Trials 
All subscriptions offer new users a 7-day free trial. Free trials are only available to new users and are provided at our sole discretion. After your 7-day free trial, your subscription will automatically be converted to a paid subscription and your payment card will automatically be charged for each renewal until you cancel. You may cancel at any time during your 7-day free trial to avoid being charged the subscription fee. You can cancel at any time by visiting  Settings > Membership > Cancel within your Sharpen account settings or by visiting your app store account, as described below in “Cancellation Policy – Mobile Payments”. There are no refunds or credits for partial months. 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY 
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not offer refunds or credits for canceling your subscription. If you cancel your subscription after your new billing cycle begins, your subscription access will expire at the end of that billing cycle. Your subscription terms will continue to automatically renew on an ongoing basis until you cancel. How to cancel:
