Troubleshoot missing grade columns for deployed assignments using LTI Advantage.

When Connect assignments are deployed, a corresponding grade column will automatically be added to your LMS. However, if the point total for the assignment is 0, a grade column will not be created.
*A grade column will still be created for Canvas integrations at this time but any 0 scores from Connect will not sync over to Canvas.
