Q) My order on mheducation.com is showing tax. Does this mean that I will be charged tax?
A) All orders on the website initially show tax on the checkout page and on your email order receipt.

  • However, your final invoice will not reflect sales tax if the following conditions are met:

    • Your organization has already submitted the necessary tax-exemption documentation to McGraw Hill.

    • You reference the shipping and billing address associated with your organization's account during checkout.

  • If your organization has NOT already submitted the necessary tax-exemption documentation to McGraw Hill, contact Customer Service:

Q) How can I request a digital sample for my K-12 school?

A) Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to mheducation.com.


  2. Click PreK-12 at the top left-hand side of the page and select PreK-12 Home Page.  

  3. Click the Request a Print Sample link.


  4. Fill out and submit the web form.
     

Q) Where can I find McGraw Hill  AP product information?

A) Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to mheducation.com.


  2. Click PreK-12 at the top left-hand side of the page and select PreK-12 Home Page.  

  3. Scroll down to Featured School & District Programs and click on the AP®, Honors, & Electives link.
     

    Q) What would be my cost for items listed on mheducation.com?
    A)
    Users purchasing on behalf of a school need to log in first under the school's account to see school pricing. Individuals, along with all users who aren’t currently logged in, will see list pricing.
