Once you have created your custom book and ordered a review copy, you will receive an email with instructions on how to approve the book. Once approved, the book building process will begin. After the book has been built, it will be available to be ordered by your campus bookstore.
Alternatively, an eBook can be set up for student purchase in the McGraw Hill eBookstore. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-962-9342 after you have approved the book for order details
