Review the following reasons below on why your assignment results may not show the score you expect.
- Your instructor might not have graded your assignment yet. An orange flag on your assignment results report will let you know if this is the case.
- Was your assignment completed or submitted after the due date? Your instructor may have an assignment policy that reduces your score a certain percentage depending on how late it was submitted (by hours or by days).
- If this is for a SmartBook assignment, you are allowed to progress on the assignment after the due date, but your score will ONLY reflect the progress you made up until the due date. If your instructor provides you with an extension after you have made progress passed the due date, you will be required to re-access the SmartBook assignment in order for the score to get updated.
- If your score is different in Connect than in your school's learning management system gradebook, you instructor may need to run a manual synchronization to have the score updated.
