If you're unable to return to a previous question, you instructor may have enabled an assignment policy ("Show feedback after submitting each question") that shows one question at a time (in a specific order). This policy does not allow you to skip around to different questions. Also, to move on to the next question, you'll need to click the Score answer button for each question. You won't be able to go back and change your answer(s) once they are scored.
