Comprehension Skills

This innovative program helps students devote effort to only those specific comprehension skills that give them trouble. Three levels - Introductory, Middle, and Advanced - mean that a class with a variety of ability levels can work on building the same skills. Ten skill books in each level provide focused instruction and practice in ten specific comprehension skills. With twenty passages and exercises per book, repeated practice ensures that students master the specific reading comprehension skill they need. Extensive writing exercises put the skill taught into practice. Students receive immediate experience with their newly acquired skill.
