As of April 30, 2016 we will not accept credit card payments via e-mail, fax or standard mail. We take our customers' security seriously and believe that this approach is in the best interest to protect our customers and our company alike.

• A complete Bill-To Address and Ship-To Address
• A complete ten-digit ISBN (International Standard Book Number) for each product
• Quantity to be shipped
• First Author's Name
• Complete Title of the Product (include edition)
• Preferred Mode of Shipment
